Design Plan
Let us get creative and put together the design for your wedding/event and bring your vision to life. Our design plan will present to you a full detailed design board document showing real images and selections for your day. Our décor rental packages go hand and hand with the design plan. We will also present to you a custom décor rental package document outlining all items we will provide in the décor rental package. Décor rental packages are booked seperate from the desing plan and range in price depending on number of items and selections.

We will manage the whole planning process including; contact vendors, help with budget planning and payment reminders, menu and drink selection, décor, guest management, appointment bookings and reminders, and more. We take the stressful situations and small details off of your shoulders. Our goal is to bring your vision to life. 1945 Event Co. will assist you in every step, from the first meeting until the event is over. Upon booking we get right to work on a mood board for the event and start curating your dream event. Let us start planning your one of a kind event experience.

Have you thought about who is going to do the running around the day of your wedding getting everything set up and perfect? Need help with ceremony organization, and day of timeline? Let 1945 assist the month of your event! We are there to take care of all of the small details and make your day stress free. Let us handle vendors the day of and get creative with the set up and display of your event décor. Although we specialize in the day of logistics and creative details we are truly more than just a "day of" coordinator. We start working with you 6 weeks prior on day of logistics, timeline creation and vendor communication.. We are always an email, or txt away from all of our clients and love being a part of the planning process in any way!
